A mistake I've made in my past. Searching for the light that's inside my head. But it always seemed so far out of grasp. Sharpen the spirit, and sift through my mind. But I'm always scared of what I'll find. Inside this storm I've grown detached. Mental collapse.
Lost in time...Searching
Free to be free, but want to be confined inside this tinted prism shaped mind. So I can say I'm fine and fall in line. Refuse to seek, refuse to learn. Can't face introspection magnified like this. Humiliation and self depreciation. Reprimand my life and rewriting the script.
A lost soul is a lost mind out of body on the periphery of time. Lost in time and still searching.

One of the most well-respected straight-edge hardcore bands ever to come out of the DC scene. Connor is quite a talented hardcore musician, playing vocals for Protester, playing drums for DC crossover thrashers Red Death, and also playing very awesome on guitar for these guys from Line of Sight. They've also put out a 7-inch EP on Youngblood Records called Dissent that I've been wanting to get my hands on so bad, in case you guys haven't heard.

Ecostrike is easily one of my favorite bands and the demo is killer, so I was sad this was not anywhere else. Had to cop it on Bandcamp. RIP Ecostrike, true vegan straight edge forever!
